19” – Standard Control Consoles
for the Control of Concrete Testing Machines

Upper Part Series NS 19 PA: All necessary periphery equipment like personal computer running building material testing software PROTEUS, screen, keyboard, digital controller DIGICON 2000, electrical switch board with push button and emergency-stop a.s.o. can be ergonomically integrated. The printer can be placed on the side on a swivable console.
Upper Part Series PKNS 19 D: Electronic load measuring and monitoring 19“-rack unit with digital display DIGICON 1000 for load and elongation read out with peak store facility, manual loading and unloading regulator valve, electrical switch board with push button and “Emergency-Stop“ are integrated. Optionally it allows an ergonomically integration of all necessary periphery equipment like personal computer, screen and keyboard.
Lower Part: Motorized hydraulic power pack unit with oil tank, filters, main high pressure pump and safety controls are integrated in the base of the console. The system has a very low noise level due to the internal gear pumps. The pump is put on anti-vibration elements to avoid any vibrations on the console.
Options: The control console can be placed on rollers and equipped with fast coupling for universal use. It is possible to run more than one machine with one control console, e.g. a compression and a bending testing machine.
