Bending Testing Machines

The Series DBZ are rigid 2- or 4-column constructions and are equipped with double acting actuator for high responsive control on top with long piston stroke and precision flat load cell between piston rod and bending edge. The actuator has an anti-rotation system to prevent the natural tendency to rotate.Precision according to EN - ISO 7500-1, Grade 0.5. The bending table with one swivelling and one fix bending support has T-slots for easy adjustable distance of them with accurate scale and marks. The upper central support is also swivelling as requested by standards with an easy to rotate support for easy changing from 3-point to 4-point bending. Optional upper compression platen allow to use the wide range of different devices for additional testing on cement, asphalt or other building materials. Available with 19” standard control console in connection with servo valve and digital controller DIGICON 2000, PC running building material testing software PROTEUS and printer for fully automatic test procedure in closed loop mode. Additionally available is a manual controlled testing machine in connection with digital readout DIGICON 1000 and manual 19” standard control console.
