Servohydraulic testing machine to determine the compressive strength of concrete cylinders, cubes, masonry blocks and the flexural strength of concrete beams a.s.o. according to EN 206 and other relevant standards.

Combined Compression and Bending Testing Machines

The Series DB are combined testing machines in a stiffness 4-column construction. Precision according to EN - ISO 7500-1, Grade 1 / 0.5.
The compression frame has a single acting ram and is cylinder test conform according EN 12390-4 a.s.o. The lower platen is fixed and the upper platen is spherically seated with filled ball seat assembly.
The flexural test space is equipped with a double acting actuator and precision flat load cell to reach class 0.5. The bending table has one swivelling and one fix bending support for easy adjustable distance. The upper central support is also swivelling with an easy to rotate support for easy changing from 3-point to 4-point bending.
Available with 19” standard control console or with control console with measuring and weighing system. In connection with digital controller DIGICON 2000 , PC running testing software PROTEUS for fully automatic test procedure in closed loop mode. Additionally available is a manual controlled testing machine in connection with digital readout DIGICON 1000 and manual 19” standard control console.
