Compression Testing Machines with Hydraulic Moveable Crosshead 

The Series DV come with a hydraulically moveable upper crosshead by two long stroke actuators and passive clamping system onto the columns for easy and accurate test chamber height adjustment. The machine is built in a high stiffness 4-column construction with single acting ram. Lower fixed platen and upper spherically seated platen with oil filled ball seat assembly. These testing machines are cylinder test conform according to EN 12390-4 a.s.o. Optional available is a machine with precision load cell exceeding grade 0.5. Available with 19” standard control console or with control console with measuring and weighing system. In connection with servo valve and digital controller DIGICON 2000 , PC running building material testing software PROTEUS and printer for fully automatic test procedure in closed loop mode. Additionally available is a manual controlled testing machine in connection with digital readout DIGICON 1000 and manual 19” standard control console. A wide range of different devices like flexural or split tensile are available to put into the testing room.
