For creep tests on building materials by means of a pressure exerted load. Tests can be carried out either on a single sample or on several samples in series. Testing duration up to 2 years.

Creep Testing Machines

The load cylinder is put under pressure by a hand or motor driven pump. The force can be read of the pressure gauge or electric read out DIGICON 1000 and is kept constant by a compressed gas storage system. Hydro pneumatic loading device is integrated in the base of the machine. Machine is built in a rigid 4-column-construction. Precision according to EN - ISO 7500-1, Grade 1. The upper crosshead is adjustable in height. Upper compression platen is spherical seated. A hand pump with oil tank, connecting hose and coupling are included as standard. The pump serves to produce the pressure corresponding to the required test force, as well as to correct the force during the long-term test. Any number of machines can be driven by one pump. In addition we provide mechanical or electronic deformation measurement equipment. This enables very precise control measurements to be made at any time during the test.
