The Series LFV testing systems provide advanced solutions to static and cyclic dynamic fatigue testing applications in the range of Newtons up to 3000 kN or higher. These flexible, precise and compact systems are designed to meet the toughest challenges including uniaxial, multiaxial or axial-torsional applications. The machines are modular constructed and can be configured with a variety of grips and fixtures, extensometers, force transducers, environmental chambers, thermo-mechanical testing equipment, different software packages and other accessories to suits your specific testing needs and provide the ultimate flexibility.

  • Machine equipped with integral T-slot platen suitable to fix components, specimens or manufactured assemblies.
  • Compression platens or bending / folding devices may be fixed direct into wedge grips.
  • Manifold is attached direct on actuator providing close-coupled servovalve and accumulators for improved performance.
  • Equal area actuator with hydrostatic bearings mounted on crosshead or integrated in base.
  • Columns are chrome plated and hardened for easy cleaning and longest life.
  • Precision flat load cell mounted on piston rod end
  • Integrated displacement transducer.
  • Including grip control system mounted directly at the machine.
