The system combines accurate, efficient and productive testing with ergonomical working. The measuring and weighing system allows a fully automatic and highly precise determination of weight and dimensions of cubes and cylinders using the integrated balance and digital measuring device for diameter and side length. Available with Series D , Series DV and Series DB . Control Console with Measuring & Weighing System The console is made of an aluminium-profile frame, complete covered with stainless steel coating sheets with front door and roller path for easy entering the specimen into the testing machine. The specimen height is automatically measured in the compression frame at a defined preload. A low noise hydraulic power pack to furnish the pressurized oil for the machine(s) is integrated in the lower part. Digital controller DIGICON 2000 with electronic control unit, PC running building material testing software PROTEUS , printer as well as the balance control are placed on top.
