Dynamic Internal Pressure Testing System for Steel Pipes Type HD 1000 – 150 – D

This test system is designed for fatigue internal high-pressure tests of pipes with pulsating pressure cycles in various wave forms according to ISO 6605. The frequency range is up to 5 Hz with high-speed pressure increase and decrease from 0 to 1000 bar within 20 ms.

The design offers a flexible pipe mounting system that allows to test pipes with different internal and external diameters.
All the hydraulic power supply is integrated in the test system which makes it compact and space saving.
